Established Sourcing Relationships, Consistent Processing Standards, Dependable Stockholding.

Sustainable Sourcing

Reliable timber supply starts with reliable sourcing. The majority of our South African pine is procured from established sawmills in the Southern and Eastern Cape regions well known for producing dense, structurally dependable pine.

Processing & Treatment

Our Blackheath facility is equipped with in-house processing and treatment capability, allowing us to resaw, size, machine, treat, and prepare timber products for a wide range of structural, industrial, and value-added applications.

Through our processing capability, we manufacture structural timber from rough material to required dimensions, and produce mouldings, decking, flooring, ceiling, PAR, DuoLam, and other machined profiles with a focus on dimensional accuracy, consistency, and finish quality.

We also operate on-site timber treatment capability, supplying both CCA-treated and Vacsol Azure-treated timber products suited to different structural, exterior, and appearance-grade applications. Maintaining treatment capability in-house improves production flexibility, turnaround times, and continuity of supply across our product range.

Stockholding

Reliable supply depends on having stock available when customers need it. We maintain substantial stockholding across all our product ranges, allowing us to respond quickly to customer requirements and changing demand. Combined with our sourcing partnerships and in-house processing capability, our stockholding approach helps ensure dependable product availability throughout the year.

We own and operate our own delivery fleet and do not make use of third-party logistics operators, allowing us to deliver timber efficiently across the greater Western Cape and place stock in our customers’ yards as quickly as possible after ordering.

Our delivery capability is structured around consistency and reliability, including scheduled deliveries and split-load requirements aligned to our customers’ operational needs.

Combined with our substantial stockholding, this allows customers to operate with lower stockholding levels while still relying on dependable product availability, responsive turnaround times, and consistent supply into their operations.

Our focus is simple: keeping timber moving efficiently from our yard to our customers’ operations.
